muffins
muffins is the self-written timewaster that powers the blog here. It's written from the ground up with expandability in mind with the hope that whenever I wish to add a feature I can just write up a new module and fire it into svn but retain a clean codebase. To see it in action, hit the "blog" link up above.
Project Euler
I enjoy working on
Project Euler solutions when I can, and when I have the time I will start posting my solutions to each problem that I solve.
twitter
Twitter is the only thing remotely close to a social networking site that I use simply because it offers developers a great way to aggregate activity from all around the Internet. I have a Twitter application for webOS in development that will be released in a while, once the Palm App Catalog is out of beta in the UK.
games
I make games for a variety of platforms: Windows, OS X, Linux, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, webOS, bedside lamp, toaster, you name it. Most games that I work on are never publicly released because I gain too much enjoyment from making games to suffer through the headache of marketing/publishing/distribution, but
Reality Council shall certainly be publishing games since we have the manpower to do so.
Open Source/FOSS
I contribute to a number of open source projects, notably projects related to
KDE. You can usually catch me lurking at a free software event like
Akademy or
FOSDEM. I also aim to have some patches in the Linux kernel soon, so stay tuned.
other stuff
I work on many scripts/apps in various languages in my spare time, usually on a whim. These include things like URL obfuscators, social networking engines, bulletin board/forum/guestbooks, and lots of other tiny little hacks here and there. If any of them take form or become worth more than the disk space they're stored on, I'll post them here.
